The leather is coated with a thin ceramic grid, making it extremely resilient against abrasion. The technology is called Pittards Armor-Tan®. Comfortable and durable without sacrificing feel

Comfortable and durable without sacrificing feel. Bought these at a horse show for schooling on a recommendation from one of the ladies. I love them so much that I ordered another pair! I wear a 6.5 in Roeckls generally but the 7 in this brand fit perfectly. Wish they came in white!
