We strive for excellence in the products we carry and the service we provide. We value your business very much and want you to be satisfied. We know that sometimes there are problems and we encourage you to let us know right away so we can make it right.

The Horse of Course, Inc. RETURNS POLICY

 

  • We require a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any package to us. We will refuse shipments arriving without this number.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on software, books or videos, due to Copyright Laws.
  • In the case of a defective product, we, or the manufactirer will issue a replacement (within the limits of the manufacturer’s warranty).
  • In order to receive full credit, returns must be in the same condition as when purchased.
  • For health and safety concerns, we can not accept returns of certain items like undergarments or bits that have been in a horse’s mouth, so be very sure you have the right measurements.
  • Refunds on credit card purchases can only be credited to the account from which the purchase was made.
  • Returns after 30 days for refund will only be eligible for Store Credit.
  • Returns for refunds can sometimes be delayed in the event you purchased the item using a check as we must first verify that the check has been processed. Please allow 15 days processing time.

Return Shipping Instructions:

  • Write (or print) the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • You are responsible for damage or loss in shipping, so we suggest you insure the package for the full value of the contents!
  • Never use the display box the item came in, (such as shoes) to ship. Always use an outer box with cushioning between the two boxes.
  • Never include anything that was not specifically approved for return on the RMA.
