Tulsa, Oklahoma (May 5, 2016) — Claremore, Oklahoma-based tack shop The Horse of Course will bring its traveling mobile unit near its home base this May 7-8 for the Oklahoma Dressage Society Spring Show I & II. The Horse of Course is widely known for traveling across the country to provide top-quality tack, fashionable and functional attire, and equine care supplies for all disciplines. The Horse of Course is excited to set up shop at the Tulsa Expo Square in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the dressage shows this weekend.

The Horse of Course is lead by entrepreneur and CEO Beth Haist, who has operated the successful company since 1995 with her husband and expert saddle fitter Marty Haist. The duo has established a reputation for providing everything that today’s competitive rider may need for success in and outside of the arena.

Most recently, The Horse of Course catered to the equestrian community of Katy, Texas, at The Shoofly Farm CDI and Houston Dressage Society Spring Classic I & II. At the Houston Dressage Society Spring Classic shows, The Horse of Course proudly sponsored the Competitor Party, and presented one lucky CDI competitor with The Horse of Course Best Turnout Award during the jog. John Mason won the Best Turnout Award with his ride Faye for being the most finely groomed and best-presented CDI jog pair. Mason was rewarded with a gift certificate to The Horse of Course. Mason competed with seven horses at the show, and cleaned up aboard Faye, owned by Christine Renne, in the CDI2* FEI Prix St. Georges, where they earned the blue ribbon.

The Horse of Course will now continue to extend its support for equestrian competitors at the Oklahoma Dressage Society Spring Shows, and is prepped and ready to reward its signature Horse of Course High Score Award there. The Horse of Course High Score Award is given to the horse and rider pair who earns the highest score of the entire show. The Haists have continually presented the award at elite dressage competitions across the country, including each week of the Adequan Global Dressage Festival 12-week series in Wellington, Florida. High Score Award winners range from adult amateurs to young riders to professionals of all levels. The winners receive a tricolored ribbon and an embroidered cooler courtesy of The Horse of Course for their excellent performances. At the Oklahoma Dressage Society Spring Shows, The Horse of Course will graciously be presenting the High Score Award embroidered cooler several times— to the highest scoring junior, amateur, and open rider of each competition level throughout the show.

After the Oklahoma Dressage Society Spring Shows, The Horse of Course mobile tack shop will continue touring the country by heading to the Centerline Events at the HITS on the Hudson Saugerties on May 21-22, June 18-19, and August 18-21.

The Horse of Course is the complete one-stop-shop for all riders. The mobile unit has recently been outfitted with an extensive line of products for male clientele with options from everyday clothing to premier FEI show gear. The Horse of Course also offers riders and competitors access to quality tack online, and supplies riders with popular brands such as König, Pikeur, Vespucci, Cavallo, Passier, and Sommer to equip both horse and human. The shop’s knowledgeable staff is happy to help everyone find exactly what they need quickly in-between classes, so riders can spend less time shopping and more time in the saddle.
